Peter Hennessy Water Trading fees are a flat rate of $2.50 per Meg plus GST. Trades under 25ML will incur a minimum charge of $50.00 + GST.
State Water's processing fees for the 2018/2019 season are $49.50 per application. Eg 100 Meg transfer = $49.50
Note: There is no GST on the Water Sale or allocation assignment fees but there is GST payable on the Peter Hennessy Consultancy & Commodity Trading commission fee.
By submitting an interest, ("A Hit"),on a parcel of water it is treated as an expression of interest only and neither party are bound during negotiation and also subject to the parcel still being available at a given time.
Parcels will not be held if other buyers are available on the day.
A “Hit” on a parcel online doesn’t guarantee you will be the successful purchaser but will give you the right to first negotiations.
With customers permission Peter Hennessy Water will complete all forms and lodge with Water NSW.
